Mountain Dale has all of the cool and weird charm you could want in a Catskills hamlet! This once sleepy spot in Fallsburg is now home to a handful of beautiful boutiques and creative places to eat, including The Dale (a cheeky spot with delicious sourdough pizzas, cocktails, and Italian dishes) or High Voltage Kitchen & Bar (a stylish spot with an eclectic menu and a Creek Bar behind the restaurant with waterside seating). There are also plenty of outdoor adventures to be had in spots like the Fallsburg Rails to Trails, the Neversink Gorge Trails, and the Hurleyville Rail Trail.
